These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of this application (hereinafter referred to as "this App") between the provider of this App (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and all users of this App (hereinafter referred to as "the User"). By downloading, installing, or using this App, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of using the App.

5. Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. If the User uses the App after changes have been made, the User is deemed to have agreed to the changes.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive primary jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to the App.
