Common Terms of Use (Revised May 11, 2025)

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of this application (hereinafter referred to as "this App") between the provider of this App (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and all users of this App (hereinafter referred to as "the User"). By downloading, installing, or using this App, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

3. Data Analysis For continuous app improvement, we perform access analysis using Supabase, RevenueCat, and AdMob. Collected data is anonymized and does not contain information that directly identifies individuals.

4. Advertisements and Tracking This App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Device identifiers such as IDFA may be used for ad optimization. On iOS 14 and later, ad tracking is performed only with the User's permission in accordance with the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) policy. If permission is not granted, non-personalized ads may still be displayed.

5. Disclaimer The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of using the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights, including copyrights related to the App and related content, belong to the Company or third parties holding legitimate rights.

7. Changes to Terms The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. If the User uses the App after changes have been made, the User is deemed to have agreed to the changes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive primary jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to the App.

9. Special Provisions Regarding Feature Restrictions This Application utilizes APIs such as Apple's FamilyControls to provide functionality that temporarily restricts (blocks) certain device functions based on the User's intent.
