These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between NeuDesignLab LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), the provider of the mobile application Silent Light Timer (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), and every person who downloads, installs, or uses the App ("you" or "User"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all matters related to the App.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Violate any laws or public order and morals;
- Infringe the rights of us or any third party;
- Reverse‑engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers.
3. Data Analytics
For continuous improvement, we collect anonymized usage data via Supabase. No data that directly identifies an individual is collected.
4. In‑App Purchases and Subscriptions
- AdRemove (one‑time purchase): Permanently hides ads. Purchases are non‑refundable.
- AdRemove Subscription: Recurring purchase that hides ads for the subscription period. Price and duration are shown in‑app. Unless auto‑renew is turned off in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically.
- Payments are processed by Apple. We do not store any credit‑card information. Apple’s App Store terms and policies prevail.
5. Advertising & Tracking
- The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Device identifiers such as the IDFA may be used to optimize advertising.
- On iOS 14 and later, ad tracking is performed only if you grant permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If permission is denied, non‑personalized ads may still appear.
