Dream Whisper Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the application “Dream Whisper” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), which is provided by NeuDesiginLab LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and analyzes dream content input by users using AI to deliver resulting feedback.

Article 1 (Application of the Terms)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships between users of the App (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the Company concerning the use of the App.
  2. The Company’s separately stipulated Privacy Policy and any notices regarding the App shall constitute part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Use of the App)

Users shall download the App from the designated application store after agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and install it on their device at their own responsibility and expense.

Article 3 (Overview of the App)

  1. The App analyzes the dream content entered by the User (hereinafter referred to as “Analysis Results”) using AI and returns those results to the User.
  2. The User may utilize the App’s AI-based conversation function to explore and deepen their understanding of the Analysis Results.
  3. The conversation history (hereinafter referred to as “Conversation History”) the User conducts with the AI, as well as the dream content and Analysis Results, will be saved in the Company’s database linked to the User’s ID.
  4. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or outcomes of the Analysis Results or Conversation History provided through the App; Users shall rely on their own judgment when using them.
  5. The User shall not disclose or publish to any third party the information provided by the Company. If the User’s disclosure or publication causes damage such as a privacy breach, the Company shall bear no responsibility.
  6. By pressing the “Send” button, the User is deemed to have consented to the Analysis Results being saved on a server designated by the Company in a non-personally identifiable manner.
  7. The User is responsible for preparing and bearing the costs for any devices necessary to use the App.
  8. The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Certain information may be used for optimizing ad delivery according to the mechanisms of Google AdMob.
  9. To implement its AI analysis function, the Company utilizes external services such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT API. Accordingly, data the User inputs (including dream content and Conversation History) may be sent to such external services for analysis. Such data is handled in accordance with the regulations and policies of both the Company and OpenAI.
